Last week in the Long Island Soccer Football League saw big wins by PDB Irish Rovers, New York Polet, Olympiacos New York, Guyana Jaguars Juniors, Baisley United and Oyster Bay Park who advanced to the League Cup finals in the various divisions Nov. 19.

This week in the Long Island Soccer Football League was the first round of the league cup games for all of the teams, except for the Over-50 Division, which started last weekend. Several teams continued their strong start to the season by advancing to the next round. There were also several upsets as there usually is in any cup competition.
