The National Premier Soccer League announced on Thursday that Tulsa Athletic will host the 2023 NPSL National Championship.

The match will take place on Saturday, Aug. 5 at 8:30 p.m. ET at Soldier Field on the campus of Rogers State University in Claremore, Okla.

Tulsa’s opponent will be Apotheos FC (Kennesaw, Ga).

Both teams posted impressive results in the national emifinals last weekend. Tulsa Athletic came away with a 4-0 win over Crossfire Red, while Apotheos FC defeated West Chester United SC, 3-1.

Soldier Field is located in the heart of the RSU campus. The facility was constructed as a venue for the Oklahoma Military Academy’s football games. The field has been widened and resurfaced, and a new digital scoreboard has been added in the south end zone.

Soldier Field also features a large press box, lights, a public address system, and stadium seating for 2,000 fans. The installation of artificial turf at the stadium began following the RSU soccer season in November 2011 and was completed in May 2012.

Tickets are $10 (cash) and $12 (credit card/online). They can be purchased online at https: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2023-npsl-national-championship-tickets-690369934057?aff=ebdsoporgprofile.

The match will be streamed live on NPSL.com via the Eleven Sports and FIFA+ platforms.
