FOX Sports and Telemundo Deportes, the official World Cup English-and-Spanish language U.S. broadcast rights-holders through 2026, has announced plans to present live coverage of FIFA’s #WeAre26 brand launch for World Cup North America 2026.
The competition will take place in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
The hour-long FIFA production airs live from Los Angeles tonight, Wednesday, May 17 at 10:45 p.m. ET. Fans can watch on FS1 and Universo.
Former U.S. men’s national team player and FOX Sports analyst Alexi Lalas and Telemundo Deportes’ Ana Jurka will serve as co-hosts for the event. FOX Sports analyst and two-time FIFA Women’s player of the year award winner Carli Lloyd and National Soccer Hall of Famer, chief commentator for Telemundo Deportes Andres Cantor also will be a part of the telecast.
The star-studded show will feature FIFA legends and dignitaries from the United States, Canada, and Mexico soccer federations, along with other special guests.
The 2026 World Cup will be the largest worldwide single-sport event ever. Three host countries, 16 cities, 48 teams and 104 matches will showcase the tournament.
