Christian Pulisic was clear to played against the Netherlands in the World Cup Round of 16 on Saturday.

U.S. men’s national team Gregg Berhalter made the announced at his Friday press conference on Friday.

Pulisic bruised his pelvic bone while scoring the lone goal in the Americans’ 1-0 win over Iran on Tuesday, a result that clinched a spot in the knockout round. Forward Josh Sargent injured his right ankle in the 74th minute of the Iranian encounter.

It was not immediately known whether Pulisic will start of how many minutes he will be able to play.

“With Christian we’re hopeful, I think with him [Sargent] a little less so,” U.S. head coach Gregg Berhalter said in Doha, Qatar. “At this stage, it’s go time. If you can push through it, you do. So I’m sure he’ll have that mindset.”

If Sargent isn’t available, Berhalter can utilize either Haji Wright or Jesus Ferreira at striker.
