The Red Bulls and New York City FC will participate in the Coachella Valley Invitational from Jan. 29-Feb. 18.

The Hudson River Derby rivals are not scheduled to meet in the competition.

AEG Thursday revealed the full schedule for the tournament at Empire Polo Club in Indio, Calif. The 2023 Coachella Valley Invitational will host 12 of the top Major League Soccer clubs for training and a preseason exhibition at the location made well known by the iconic Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

Taking place from Feb. 1–18, the second annual invitational will be open to fans and feature 12 MLS clubs: Charlotte FC, D.C. United, LA Galaxy, LAFC, Minnesota United FC, NYCFC, Red Bulls, Portland Timbers, San Jose Earthquakes, St. Louis City SC, Toronto FC and Vancouver Whitecaps FC.

The fields at Empire Polo Club are operated by Goldenvoice, the Los Angeles-based concert promoter and live event company owned by AEG Presents. With more than 250 acres of gardens and polo fields, Empire Polo Club hosts the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and Stagecoach Festival.
