The U.S. men’s national team will hold fitness workouts starting today, Tuesday, through Nov. 5 in Frisco, Texas, for MLS-based players who are in contention for the World Cup roster and no longer in league competition, it was announced on Tuesday.

Nine players were due to report to Frisco on Tuesday:

Paul Arriola (FC Dallas)

Jesús Ferreira (FC Dallas)

Aaron Long (New York Red Bulls)

Shaq Moore (Nashville SC)

Jordan Morris (Seattle Sounders)

Cristian Roldan (Seattle Sounders)

Gaga Slonina (Chicago Fire)

DeAndre Yedlin (Inter Miami)

Walker Zimmerman (Nashville SC)

Other players will be added as their seasons are completed.

The U.S. Soccer Federation will host a roster reveal event at Brooklyn Steel in Brooklyn, N.Y. on Wednesday, Nov. 9 as head coach Gregg Berhalter will announce the 26-player roster for the World Cup in Qatar.

The event will be carried on ESPN2 and live streamed on ESPN+ beginning at 5 p.m. ET.

The USMNT will open group play against Wales on Nov. 21, face England on Friday, Nov. 25 and finish the first round against Iran on Nov. 29. All three of the USA’s group stage games will kick off at 2 p.m. ET and air on FOX and Telemundo.
