It’s official.

Alexandru Mitrița has been loaned out again.

New York City FC Tuesday announced the club had loaned forward Mitriță to Saudi Arabian side Al-Raed FC through June 2023.

Mitrița returns to the Saudi Pro League having played for Al-Ahli in 2020, where he made 30 appearances and recorded four goals and five assists.

Last season, the Romanian international played for Greek club, PAOK FC, tallying three goals and assists across 30 competitions including the UEFA Europa Conference League.

The loan was made on July 25, but NYCFC did not make an announcement to the media about it until Tuesday.
