FrontRowSoccer.com editor Michael Lewis earned second place honors in the sports feature narrative category of the Press Club of Long Island’s media awards.

Lewis’ story was honored for his story looking back on Long Island native Mike Masters becoming the first American player to score a goal at Wembley in 1992. Masters played for the Long Island Rough Riders.

News 12 Long Island won the category on its story about Coliseum memories at the Nassau Coliseum.
