A total of 804,186 tickets been sold during first sales phase for the World Cup, FIFA announced on Wednesday.

Qatar, the host country, led the way in sales, followed by the U.S., England, Mexico and the United Arab Emirates. Germany, India, Brazil, Argentina, and Saudi Arabia were next.

The next sales phase will open on April 5, after Friday’s final draw.

Individual match tickets – and tickets for the opening and final matches in particular – were the most popular products on offer. Fans also snapped up team-specific ticket series and four-stadium ticket series.

Fans who did not succeed in the first sales phase will have another chance to apply for tickets during the next random selection draw sales period, which will launch on FIFA.com/tickets on Tuesday, April 5 at 5 a.m. ET.
