The 2022 SheBelieves Summit will take place in Los Angeles March 18-19, U.S. Soccer announced Thursday.

The event will be run in hybrid model with both speakers and attendees participating in person and virtually via SheBelieves Hub.

In its seventh year, U.S. Soccer and Deloitte will provide college students with the opportunity to learn from and network with industry professionals through a range of panels, lectures, and breakout sessions highlighting key themes in the areas of community, confidence and career.

The two-day hybrid event will feature speakers from the sports industry and beyond aiming to help provide attendees with the tools needed to help secure their first jobs in their chosen careers or continue on the journey to reach their goals.

After two years of total virtual summits, this event will take place at Hudson Loft in Los Angeles. Some participants will attend in person, others virtually. This will be the first time that a SheBelieves Summit has been held on the West Coast since its inception in 2018.

In addition to the Summit, SheBelieves Cup and SheBelieves Internship, U.S. Soccer will launch two new platforms in 2022 with SheBelieves FanArt and SheBelieves Rocks, which aims to address the gender imbalance in the Music Industry.

“I’m very proud of how the SheBelieves initiatives and especially the SheBelieves Summit have grown over the past few years,” U.S. Soccer president Cindy Parlow Cone said in a statement. “Achievement is about hard work and perseverance but it’s also about opportunity, and what the SheBelieves Summit offers to young women is fantastic. Female role models are vitally important, as is knowing that women have that support from others in achieving their goals. It’s been a difficult few years for everyone, but I’m glad we can stage the Summit this year to keep providing this platform for the amazing women who are speakers and the highly motivated and talented women who attend.”

Speakers will include individuals from U.S. Soccer, Deloitte, National Women’s Soccer league expansion team Angel City FC, the NBA, among others.

Registration for the 2022 SheBelieves Summit is open. The event registration fee is $45 plus service fees for in-person attendees and $15 plus service fees for virtual attendees. In-person fees include access to the two-day summit, lunch, professional headshots, access to the SheBelieves Job Fair and a gift. Virtual attendees will receive access to the two-day summit (via the virtual platform), access to a virtual Job Fair, and a gift. Those interested in attending can register and preview the summit schedule at the SheBelieves Hub on ussoccer.com.
