Scratch another player from head coach Gerhard Struber’s plans for this coming MLS season.

Fabio, who tied for the Red Bulls’ assist lead and was second in goals last season, has agreed to play for Clube Atletico Mineiro in Brazil, the team announced.

The 24-year-old forward, has undergone a medical examination and will sign a contract through Dec. 31, 2025.

In 2021, Fabio played on loan with the Red Bulls from Oeste-SP.

The 5-10, 179-lb. Fabio, who played on loan with the MLS team, equaled Patryk Klimala’s assist total (seven) and finished second in goals (seven) to his teammate.
