Hofstra University’s Jordan Littleboy and Anja Suttner were named to the United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-America third team, which was announced by the organization on Thursday.
Both players also were named to the Scholar All-East Region team. The two become the 10th and 11th United Soccer Coaches (formerly NSCAA) Scholar All-Americans in program history.
Littleboy, a United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-American for the first time in her career, also earned Scholar All-East Region for the second consecutive season. A political science major who owns a 3.83 cumulative GPA, Littleboy also collected United Soccer Coaches All-Region second team and All-Colonial Athletic Association first team accolades this season after recording five assists as a midfielder during the 2021 season.
She also has been named to the Provost’s List twice, Dean’s List five times, and has earned Hofstra Athletic Director Scholars and CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction every semester.
Suttner eanred United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-Region and All-America honors after earning a CoSIDA Academic All-District nod last season. Suttner owns a 3.90 GPA as an Exercise Science major, made the Provost’s List once, Dean’s List three times and has been featured on the Hofstra Athletic Director Scholars and CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction every semester.
Earlier this season, Suttner also picked up United Soccer Coaches All-Region Second Team honors and All-CAA First Team honors for the third successive year after leading the Hofstra backline to a program-record 13 shutouts this fall while also scoring one goal and two assists.
