More than 20 iconic structures in New York City and New York State will turn blue on Tuesday night to celebrate New York City FC winning New York’s first MLS Cup crown.
NYCFC defeated the Portland Timbers in the final in Portland, Ore. on Saturday night. The Cityzens won the shootout, 4-2, after playing to a 1-1 draw over 120 minutes.
The team also will ring the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
