Rochester New York FC co-owners David and Wendy Dworkin and English standout Jamie Vardy plan to make an announcement on the future of the club at the Watts Conference Center in Rochester at 2:30 p.m. Monday.

Vardy, an English Premier League champion, FA Cup winner, and Golden Boot holder who plays for the Leicester City FC, bought a minority stake in RNY FC earlier this year with plans to soon bring the club (Rochester Rhinos) out of a four-year hiatus from play.
