Sunday is Decision Day for the Red Bulls as they play their final regular season game at Nashville SC at 3:30 p.m. ET.

The Red Bulls have four scenarios to accomplish that task.

They will clinch a berth in the MLS Cup Playoffs if:

Scenario 1

They win or tie vs. Nashville Sunday

or:

Scenario 2

Montreal lose or tie vs. Orlando and
D.C. lose or tie vs. Toronto and
Columbus lose or tie vs. Chicago

or:

Scenario 3

Montreal lose or tie vs. Orlando and
D.C. lose or tie vs. Toronto and
Red Bulls win goal differential vs. Columbus

Scenario 4

The Red Bulls still can clinch a top four seed in the Eastern Conference.

For that to happen:

Red Bulls win vs. Nashville and
New York City FC lose vs. Philadelphia and
Atlanta lose or tie vs. Cincinnati and
Orlando lose or tie vs. Montreal and
Red Bulls win goal differential vs. NYCFC

Scenario 4 is a longshot but as long as it is mathematically possible, it must be considered.
