CHICAGO – Continuing preparation for the January World Cup Qualifiers, the U.S. men’s national team will host Bosnia and Herzegovina at Dignity Health Sports Park Dec. 18.

The team will hold a training camp beginning in Carson, Calif. Dec. 5.

The match will be broadcast live on FS1, UniMás and TUDN, at 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. PT). Fans can also follow along via Twitter (@USMNT), Instagram (@USMNT), U.S. Soccer Facebook and the U.S. Soccer App.

The USA will play three critical WCQ during the winter window, beginning with a home match against El Salvador Jan. 27. Three days later, the U.S. will cross the northern border to take on Canada, then return home for the conclusion of the three-game set against Honduras.

With the match against Bosnia and Herzegovina falling outside of a FIFA international fixture date and one week after MLS Cup, the majority of the roster will be comprised of domestic-based players.

While the road to Qatar is long and winding, the USMNT has positioned itself well at the start of the campaign, sitting in second place in Octagonal through six matches. In addition to 25 players earning their first appearance in a World Cup Qualifier, the USA took the field not only with its youngest lineup in World Cup qualifying but also in any official competition when it captured a 2-1 win against Costa Rica in front of a raucous, sell-out crowd of 20,165 in its return to Columbus.

Tickets for the Bosnia match go on sale to the public Monday, Nov. 8 at 1 p.m. ET through ussoccer.com.
