The IASC Boom will host FC Maritsa in a Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup third-round Local Qualifying match at East Rochester, High School in East Rochester, N.Y. Sunday at 5 p.m.

The winner will advance to the fourth round, which is scheduled to be played Nov. 20-21.

The squad is a team up of the Italian American Sport Club and Roc City Boom, which completes in the UPSL.

The game is sponsored by the Rochester District Soccer League.

The high school is located 200 Woodbine Ave, East Rochester, N.Y.

Tickets are $9 apiece.

FC Maritsa hails from St Louis and has players from the St. Louis Ambush (Major Arena Soccer League), some United Soccer League players ad former LA Galaxy player Dan Gargan. Midfielder Chad Bond played in Wales and the USL.

On Sept. 18, Austin Power connected for a hat-trick to lead the ISAC Boom to a 4-0 triumph over Pittsburgh City United in a second-round match.

Rochester teams have won a pair of national titles.

In 1963, the IASC captured the Amateur Cup championship, and the Rochester Rhinos won the 1999 Open Cup crown, the last non-MLS team to secure that title.
