FrontRowSoccer.com editor Michael Lewis announced Monday that his long-awaited book is in production.

Alive and Kicking: The incredible but true of the Rochester Lancers will be published soon, although no date has been established yet.

The book tells the story of the Lancers, who competed in the American Soccer League and North American Soccer League from 1967-80.

Lewis covered the Lancers from 1975-80.
