Soccer is a Kick in the Grass will be celebrating its 27th anniversary in a very special way Monday night.

The longest running soccer radio program will have former Canadian national team midfielder Dwyane DeRosario and former New York Cosmos, Rochester Lancers and New York Arrows goalkeeper with in-depth interviews during the extended, 90-minute show.

DeRosario will discuss his autobiography: DeRo: My Life, while Messing will discuss his soccer career, indoors and out.

The anniversary show runs from 6:30-8 p.m.

The radio program kicked off this month in 1994.

The show is co-hosted by Andrew Battisti and Joe Sirianni. Former Canadian international goalkeeper and FIFA instructor Dick Howard and FrontRowSoccer.com editor Michael Lewis also will have their weekly reports.

The show can be heard on WYSL 1040 AM/92.1 FM and 95.5 FM or on the internet at:
