QUEENS, N.Y – For the second consecutive season, St. John’s University forward Zsani Kajan was named to the United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-America third team and Scholar All-East Region first team, it was announced by the organization on Thursday afternoon.

Kajan became the third player in program history to be named to the United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-America Team in back-to-back seasons, joining St.John’s standouts Rachel Daly and Diana Poulin.

The Budapest, Hungary native who was also named to the All-Big East second team, tallied four goals in 11 games during the 2021 spring season.

Kajan led the Red Storm offensively during conference action, converting on a team-high three goals to tie for fourth in the Big East. The 5-7 forward also tallied a pair of assists to finish second on the team in points with 10. With four goals on the regular season, Kajan increased her career total to 28 into fifth place on the program’s all-time scoring list.

She sported a 3.96 grade-point average following her first year in the master’s program for International Hospitality Management.
