YES NETWORK SPECIAL: NYCFC – Home for the City – will be televised Friday

The YES Network will televise a special entitled NYCFC – Home for the City – which will premiere Friday at 7 p.m.

The special, hosted by YES’ New York City FC broadcast team of play-by-play man Joe Tolleson and analyst Ian Joy, will include interviews, features and other content about the Major League Soccer team.

The show also will be streamed live on the YES App.

Among the highlights of the show:

* Interviews with NYCFC head coach Ronny Deila, midfielder James Sands, defender Anton Tinnerholm and sporting director David Lee

* An analysis of the team and offseason changes

* A discussion with Joy and Tolleson previewing the season
