HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. – The Hofstra University women are set to open their Colonial Athletic Association schedule at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pa. Saturday at 4 p.m.
Following a 10-day break, Hofstra enters conference action with a 3-0 mark, with each of those wins resulting in at least a four-goal effort. Drexel is 1-2 with its lone win against Villanova University Feb. 25.

Hofstra continues to prove its offensive dominance as the Pride have out-scored opponents, 13-4, while holding a 53-11 advantage on shot opportunities. Senior Sabrina Bryan leads Hofstra with 11 points (three goals, five assists), while senior Lucy Porter follows with 11 points on four goals and two assists. Senior Lucy Shepherd also has three goals and one assist.
Drexel has scored twice as Maggie Daeche and Anna Salvucci have each found the back of the net. Last season Drexel finished with a 5-11-3 record and was defeated by Hofstra, 2-1 in extratime.
