QUEENS, N.Y. – After its fourth straight victory at Belson Stadium Thursday night, the St. John’s University women’s will look to continue their winning ways, welcoming Seton Hall University for a Big East game Sunday afternoon.

Kickoff between the Johnnies and the Pirates is slated for 1 p.m. The game will be produced live by SJU-TV and can be viewed on ESPN3, available on the ESPN.com/watch and ESPN app. Drew Casey will have the call from Queens.

The Johnnies enter the contest on the heels of a 1-0 extratime victory over Villanova University Thursday. Freshman Frederique St.-Jean became the second rookie to find the back of the net for St. John’s this season, as the Quebec, Canada native converted on the game-winning goal in the 100th minute.

Goalkeeper Naya Lipkens secured her third shutout in four opportunities. Lipkens made five saves against to register her fourth consecutive win.

St. John’s has outscored it opposition at home, 11-1.

Seton Hall has a 1-1-0 record, most recently falling to conference foe Georgetown Universrity, 4-0, Thursday. The Pirates’ lone win came against Saint Joseph’s, as senior Cassy Harrigan netted two goals to lift her team to a 2-1 victory. Harrigan, who has accounted for both Seton Hall goals this year, finished second on the squad in points with three last season.

The Red Storm is 19-5-1 all-time against Seton Hall in a series that dates back to 1994. The Red Storm has won eight consecutive games against the Pirates, including a 1-0 victory last season at Belson. Maia Cabrera recorded the game-winning goal in the 42nd minute for the first score of her collegiate career.
