MANCHESTER, England – For the second time in five days, Christian Pulisic and his Chelsea teammates played to a scoreless draw.

On Tuesday, the Blues recorded a 0-0 tie with Sevilla (Spain) in UEFA Champions League action.

On Saturday, Chelsea finished with the same result against Manchester United in the pouring rain in the English Premier League at Old Trafford.

It was a frustrating outing for the U.S. men’s national team midfielder as scoring chances were at a premium for both sides.

Pulisic limped off the pitch as he was replaced by Hakim Ziyech in the 81st minute.

Six minutes prior, Pulisic appeared to have received a knock on a tackle by ManU’s Scott McTominay. It took a while for the USMNT standout to get up and resume playing.

The result left Chelsea in sixth play with a 2-1-3 mark and nine points while 14th-place United (seven) moved to 2-2-1.
