The United Soccer League Friday announced that 1,276 tests were administered to players and club staff from the 35 Championship clubs between Sept. 21-28 with six individuals testing positive for COVID-19 from three clubs.

The league also confirmed that 457 tests were given to players and club staff from the 11 League One clubs between Sept. 21-28 with no one testing positive.

Those players or club staff who have tested positive will self-isolate in line with the guidelines provided by the USL and only those who have tested negative will be permitted to enter training ground facilities. Anyone identified via contact tracing will also be quarantined and tested.
