Kick This!, a soccer show that has been a staple in Rochester, N.Y. since 1995, will broadcast its last show Saturday, it was announced Friday.

The radio program can be heard on Fox Sports 1280 WHTK and iHeartRadio at 11 a.m. ET.

Kick This! will be replaced by a sports radio talk show hosted by Bob Matthews.

“Saturday will be my last Kick This show,” host SoccerSam Fantauzzo said in an email. “I’ve been doing this since 1995, and I’ve loved every minute of hosting the show.

“I’ve had some of the greatest soccer guests, family, friends and co-hosts be part of my weekly party.

“This amazing show helped me reconnect with my life after my 2009 injury. I’m healed, and ready for the next soccer adventure.

“Thank you to everyone that has listened, watched, sponsored and helped on the show since our beginning.

“Feel The Kick… For Life! ss.”
