CHICAGO – The second and third matches of the U.S. women’s national team Victory Tour will pit the Women’s World Cup champions against Portugal on Thursday, Aug. 29, at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia (7 p.m. ET; FS1, Fox Sports App) and Tuesday, Sept. 3, at Allianz Field in St. Paul, Minn. (8 p.m. ET; ESPN2, ESPN App).
The final two matches of the five-game Victory Tour will be announced when they are confirmed. Those games will take place on Oct. 3 and 6.
The Victory Tour kicks off Saturday, Aug. 3, when the USA hosts the Republic of Ireland at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif. More than 27,000 tickets have been sold. The game will be the USA’s first on home soil after winning the World Cup in France and will be broadcast on ESPN2 and the ESPN App starting at 10 p.m. ET.
The match in Philadelphia will mark the fourth visit for the USWNT to Lincoln Financial Field, home of the NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles, while the trip to Minnesota will be the WNT’s first to the Allianz Field, home of MLS’s Minnesota United FC.
The USWNT roster for the tour will feature all 23 of the world Cup champions.
