PITTSBURGH — Ten-man Red Bull II had its three-game winning streak snapped as it dropped a 3-0 USL Championship decision to the Pittsburgh Riverhounds at Highmark Stadium Saturday night.

NYRBII (9-4-2, 29 points) was forced to play the final 25 minutes of the match a man down after Jean-Christophe Koffi was sent off for accruing his second yellow cards in the 65th minute.

Neco Brett, off a Steevan Dos Santos fed gave the hosts all the scoring they needed in the 40th minute.

Dos Santos doubled the advantage in the 51st minute before Thomas Vancaeyezeele closed out the scoring in the 68th minute.

Former Fordham University star goalkeeper Rashid Nuhu made his first professional start in net, recording two saves.

NYRB II will travel to face Nashville SC Wednesday with kick off set for 8 p.m.
