MONTCLAIR, N.J. — Mathias Jørgensen scored in the 83rd minute to lift Red Bull II to a 1-0 win over Louisville City FC in a USL Championship game at MSU Soccer Park Sunday afternoon.

The victory boosted NYRBII to 9-3-2 and 19 points while Louisville (24) fell to 7-5-3.

Goalkeeper Evan Louro made six saves for his second clean sheet this season, the team’s fourth.

Jørgensen scored off a breakaway, which was his fifth goal this season, in front of 815 spectators.

Midfielder Vincent Bezecourt, returning from an injury, made his first appearance since April 28, wearing the captain’s armband.

Forward Ben Mines made his return to action after missing the past three games due to injury, entering the match in the 73rd minute as a substitute.

NYRB II will embark on a three-game road trip, opening up against the Pittsburgh Riverhounds June 22 at 7 p.m.
