Not surprisingly, former U.S. international goalkeeper Hope Solo has chimed in about the American goal celebrations during their 13-0 victory over Thailand Tuesday night.

“We can celebrate goals,” Solo told CBS This Morning. “America loves winning and we certainly put on quite the show the other night. It was a comprehensive performance, it was a beautiful performance by the United States, but I still think we can celebrate those goals and the fans can enjoy the game without having the choreographed celebrations.”

Solo is working for the BBC at the Women’s World Cup.
