ONTARIO, Calif. — The Rochester Lancers dropped an 11-10 overtime decision to the Cuervos of Juarez in the semifinals of Major Arena Soccer League 2 at the Upland Sports Arena Friday.
The Lancers managed to equalize in the fourth quarter on a goal by Enirque Enrique with captain and defender Jake Schindler as the sixth attacker.
They had enjoyed leads of 5-2 and 8-5 before Cuervos rallied to win.
Rochester will meet the loser of the other semifinal between the San Diego Sockers 2 and the Las Vegas Knights at the Citizens Business Bank Arena at 5:30 p.m. ET Saturday, the loser in the third-place match at 3:30 p.m. ET.
