HARRISON, N.J. – This time Anatole Abang this time is gone for good.

The Red Bulls completed the transfer of the forward to Chinese club Nantong Zhiyun FC, the club announced Thursday afternoon.

“We wish Anatole all the best in this next step,” Red Bulls sporting director Denis Hamlett said. “We are pleased to have found a transfer that is beneficial for both the player and the club.”

Abang, 22, made 25 appearances for the Red Bulls since signing in 2015. The 6-1, 160-lb. forward recorded four goals and one assist during his tenure with Major League Soccer club, all coming during the 2015 season while playing in only 392 minutes.

The Cameroonian forward saw time on loan with several clubs, including Red Bull II in 2015, Hobro IK in Denmark in 2016, SJK in Finland in 2016 and FC Astra Giurgiu in Romania in 2017.
