For American soccer fans, it certainly doesn’t get much better than this in the middle of January.

There is a special doubleheader on FS1 Saturday afternoon.

In the first match-up of U.S. men’s national team standouts, former Red Bulls midfielder Tyler Adams is expected to make his Bundesliga debut when RB Leipzig welcomes Christian Pulisic and Borussia Dortmund to Red Bull Arena (in Germany, that) at 12:30 p.m. ET.

If he does play, it will be Adams’ first competitive club match since the Red Bulls were eliminated from the MLS Cup playoffs by eventual champion Atlanta United Nov. 29.

And what could very well be a preview of a knockout-match at the Women’s World Cup this summer, the top-ranked U.S. takes on host France in an international friendly in Le Havre at 2:30 p.m. If both teams win their respective groups at the World Cup (France is in Group A, the USA in Group F), they could meet in the quarterfinals of the 24-team competition.
