The Rochester Lancers will play their first two road matches of the season this weekend.

The Major Arena Soccer League 2 team visit the Muskegon Risers Friday at 5:50 p.m. and the Detroit Waza Flo Saturday at 5:50 p.m.

Rochester (2-0), which won its first two home matches, is in first place in the Eastern Division.

The Lancers will return home to the Dome Arena in Henrietta, N.Y. for games on Friday, Feb. 1 and Saturday , Feb. 2. Both matches are set for 7 p.m.

For the Feb. 1 encounter against the Chicago Mustangs, former Lancers defender Nelson Cupello, a Lancers Wall of Famer and former Monroe Community College men’s soccer coach, will be the honorary captain. Group tickets and individual tickets are still available.

For the Feb. 2 match vs. the Cincinnati Swerve, Gary Mervis, the founder of Camp Good Days, will be the honorary captain. Group tickets are sold out, but there very limited seats are still available for the match.
