DANBURY, Conn. – The Lehman College women dropped a 4-0 decision to Western Connecticut State in a non-conference encounter at Westside Athletic Complex Sunday.

Forward Kaleigh Panek scored twice, while defender Jasmine Grey and midfielder Aileen Maloney added one each for Western Connecticut, which extended its winning streak to eight games.

The Colonials (10-6) outshot the Lightning (6-4-1), 24-4, as Lehman goalkeeper Rebecca Gritz made a season-high 14 saves.

The Lightning return to City University of New York Athletic Conference action when they travel to take on Brooklyn College Wednesday at 6 p.m.
