Portland Thorns defender Meghan Klingenberg, a member of the United States’ 2015 Women’s World Cup championship squad, has joined FOX Sports as a studio analyst for the 2018 Concacaf Women’s Championship.

Klingenberg will make her FOX Sports debut Sunday at 5 p.m. ET on FS1 in the Panama-USA pregame show.

She will join host Rob Stone and lead studio analyst Alexi Lalas in Los Angeles for pre- and postgame coverage as the U.S., Panama, Mexico and Trinidad & Tobago continue their World Cup qualifying campaigns. The veteran defender helped the USWNT win the 2015 Women’s World Cup and led the Thorns to an NWSL Shield and NWSL Championship. A four-year starter at the University of North Carolina, she appeared in 84 games and won two NCAA Division I Championships.

Following the postgame show, Mexico faces Trinidad & Tobago at 7:30 p.m. ET on FS2. Jenn Hildreth and Kyndra de St. Aubin are on the call.
