RADNOR, Pa. – The Lehman College women dropped a 5-1 decision to hosts Cabrini University in a non-conference affair at Edith Robb Dixon Field Friday.

Two Lightning own goals and a tally from forward Katelyn Gilinger gave the Cavaliers (6-3) a 3-0 advantage 20 minutes into the match.

Lehman (4-2-1) got one back in the 37th minute off the boot of sophomore forward Emily Herrera.

The Cavs added a goal five minutes into the second half with a goal from midfielder Diana Vansickle and then forward Kaitryn Cloud added another in the 67th minute.

Cabrini outshot Lehman 16-3 and owned an 8-0 advantage in corner kicks as the Lightning sophomore goalkeeper Rebecca Gritz was credited with eight saves.

The Lightning will host FDU-Florham Campus on South Field Monday at 5 p.m.
