NEW YORK — Natari Mohammed scored the winning goal in the seventh minute of the second extratime to lift the Baruch College men to a dramatic 2-1 City University of New York Athletic Conference win over John Jay College at Randall’s Island Wednesday night.

Mohammed pounced on a loose ball and kicked in the winning shot past the outstretched goalkeeper to send the Baruch bench into celebration.

The two teams played a scoreless 73 minutes, but the Bearcats struck in the 74th minute with Cormac Foley converting a penalty kick.

The Bloodhounds responded three minutes later with a tying goal by Andrew DeCanio on a cross.

The Bloodhounds outshot the Bearcats, 4-2, in extratime.
