New York City FC goalkeeper Sean Johnson has been listed as questionable with a shoulder injury for Saturday’s home game against Vancouver Whitecaps FC.

Johnson suffered his injury during training, which could open the way for Brad Stuver to make his season’s debut at Yankee Stadium at 8 p.m. Saturday.

Team captain and striker David Villa cannot play in the match because he missed Wednesday’s MLS all-star game with an injury, according to league regulations.

Defender Cedric Hountondji is out with a hamstring injury and midfielder Yangel Herrera has been sidelined for the season with an ankle injury.

Vancouver is missing only midfielder Jordon Mutch (right foot injury).
