MONTCLAIR, N.J. — Jared Stroud scored his first three goals of the season to power 10-man Red Bull II to a 5-1 triumph over the Richmond Kickers in United Soccer League action at MSU Soccer Park Friday night.

NYRB II was forced to use forward Brian White in goal for the final 13 minutes and stoppage time after regular keeper Evan Louro was issued his second yellow card in the 77th minute. White, who had scored earlier in the match, also registered an assist and a save.

Red Bull II (7-5-7, 28) improved to a 7-2-1 at home while Richmond (17) fell to 5-10-2.

Stroud started his one-man show by scoring in the second minute. He added his second goal, off a feed from Amando Moreno in the 14th minute. Stroud became the 15th player to score for NYRB II this season.

Moreno found the net with his team-high eighth goal of the season in the 34th minute.

The hosts weren’t finished. On the hour, White tallied his seventh goal of the season for a 4-0 lead.

Stroud secured his first career hat-trick in the 68th minute.

Brian Shriver scored Richmond’s lone goal in the 76th minute.

NYRB II will be back at MSU for a matchup against Bethlehem Steel FC Wednesday at 7 p.m.
