MONTCLAIR, N.J. — Three players scored their first goals of the season as Red Bull II snapped its four-game winless streak in a 6-1 United Soccer League victory over Atlanta United 2 at MSU Soccer Park Friday night.

Chris Lema, Ethan Kutler and Hassan Ndam scored their first goals of the season for NYRBII (6-5-7, 25 points), the most goals the team recorded in a game this season. This also was the fifth time Red Bull II won by more than four goals this season. Atlanta (23) fell to 2-9-5.

Lema tapped in a rebound off the post in the 17th minute, Kutler fired a long range shot in the 56th minute and Ndam became the second NYRBII defender to score this seaso by drilling a shot into the bottom right corner in the 71st minute.

Amando Moreno scored his team-leading seventh goal of the season in the 30th minute after tapping in a loose ball in the penalty area.

Cristian Casseres Jr. tallied for his second consecutive game via the penalty spot in stoppage time.

Jared Stroud tallied his sixth assist of the season and is tied for No. 3 in assists in the league.

Red Bull II next will take on the Richmond Kickers, which will be a rematch of their Week 4 game, that concluded in a 1-1 draw at Richmond, Friday, July 13 at 7 p.m.
