Rumors and reports continue to persist that Christian Pulisic could be heading to England.

The U.S. international and Borussia Dortmund midfielder, who has been pursued by Manchester City and Liverpool, is the center piece of a $58 million offer from Tottenham Hotspur to the Bundesliga club.

German magazine Kicker reported that the English Premier League team had offered that amount for the Hershey, Pa. native. If the offer is accepted, Pulisic would become a teammate of English internationals Harry Kane and Delle Alli.

Pulisic, who is coming off his best season with the Bundesliga club, is under contract with Dortmund through 2020.

In 42 appearances across all competitions, Pulisic scored five goals and assisted on seven others during the 2017-18 season.
