There’s a new leader at the top of the board of the National Premier Soccer League power rankings.

Laredo Heat SC (9-0-0, 27 points), which competes in the Lone Star Conference has been ranked No. 1 of the 98 teams in the league.

The South Region leader is one of three NPSL clubs that have accrued three points in every match this season.

FC Motown (8-0-0, 24) remained in second place while Cosmos B (9-0-0, 27) dropped from the top spot to the third spot.

Laredo assumed the No. 1 ranking due to a greater goal differential — plus 32. The side has scored 36 goals and conceded only four times.

FC Motown, which plays oin the Keystone Conference, has a plus 29 (32 goals for, three against).

Cosmos B, which calls the North Atlantic Conference home, is at plus 28 (36 goals for, 8 against).

All three teams will complete their regular season this week.

Laredo, which blanked Katy 1895 FC, 6-0, Saturday, plays the Fort Worth Vaqueros at the Texas A&M International University Soccer Complex Tuesday at 8:15 p.m.

FC Motown, which bested Hershey FC Saturday, visits the Electric City Shock at Scranton University in Scranton, Pa. Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. before hosting the West Chester United SC at Drew University in Madison, N.J. Saturday at 6 p.m.

Cosmos B, which edged Hartford City FC Saturday, will welcome Kingston Stockade FC to Commisso Stadium in Manhattan Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
