LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Red Bull II managed to rally from a two-goal deficit, took the lead and lost it before settling for a 3-3 draw with Louisville City FC at Louisville Slugger Field Saturday night.

In a rematch of the last two Eastern Conference finals, NYRBII (22 points) moved to 5-5-7 while Louisville City FC (26) has a 7-5-3 mark.

NYRBII, which is 0-2-6 road matches this United Soccer League season, still hasn’t won away from home.

Magnus Rasmussen scored the game-tying goal in the fifth minute of stoppage time.

Cameron Lancaster opened the scoring for Louisville in the eighth minute and doubled his tally in the 36th minute.

A Brian White header in the 49th minute put NYRB II back in the game. It was his sixth of the season.

Cristian Casseres, Jr. converted a penalty kick in the 64th minute leveling the score.

Tom Barlow recorded his second career goal off pretty combination play atop of the 18 to put New York ahead in the 64th minute.

NYRB II will look to build on the result as it returns home to MSU Soccer Park for a three-game homestand starting with Atlanta United 2 Friday at 7 p.m.
