Defender Ryan Adeleye has joined Cosmos B.

He made his Cosmos B debut in the team’s 4-2 victory over the Seacoast United Mariners Saturday, playing the opening 45 minutes before he was replaced at halftime by Alejandro Penzini.

The 31-year-old New Jersey native started the National Premier Soccer League season with expansion side Atlantic City FC in the same league.

Adeleye most recently played for the Fort Lauderdale Strikers (North American Soccer League) in 2015 and the Pittsburgh Riverhounds (United Soccer League) in 2016-17.

He has spent most of his career in Israel, having played with Hapoel Be’er Sheva in 2009. He also performed with Hapoel Ashkelon and Hapoel Jerusalem.
