NYRB II, coming off its first loss at home of the United Soccer League season to FC Cincinnati at Red Bull Arena last week, looks to cristen its newly renovated stadium, MSU Soccer Park with a win.

Charlotte, sitting fourth place in the Eastern Conference, comes to MSU Soccer Park carrying a four-game winning streak, two of which are road victories. The Jacks most recently earned a 1-0 away victory at Ottawa Fury FC.

The game at MSU Soccer Park, located on the campus of Montclair State University, will be NYRB II’s first match at the college since Sept. 30, 2017.

NYRB II played its first six home games of the season at Red Bull Arena due to upgrades being done to the facility. The upgrades include an increase in capacity (from 3,500 to 5,000) and a new playing surface.

Following the match, NYRB II will hit the road to face the Pittsburgh Riverhounds June 16. The match falls on the same day as the Red Bulls’ Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup match at the Philadelphia Union.
