FrontRowSoccer.com is a finalist for a Press Club of Long Island Media Award.

A five-part series, “It runs in the family,” by editor Michael Lewis, was named among the finalists in the sports feature category.

The series details the life of Mark Pulisic, the father of U.S. international Christian Pulisic, from when he grew up playing soccer on Long Island through his college and professional years to his son growing up in Hershey, Pa. and traveling overseas to play for Borussia Dortmund.

The PCLI media awards will be named at the Woodbury Country Club June 8.
