HARRISON, N.J. – Red Bulls II return home to face the Charleston Battery at Red Bull Arena Saturday at 1 p.m. ET.

NYRB II (1-1-0, 3 points) is coming off a 3-1 loss to ATL UTD 2 in the latter’s inaugural match in the United Soccer League. Brian White recorded his first career USL goal for Red Bulls II, assisted by Jared Stroud.

Stroud and Red Bulls Academy product John Murphy also made their pro debuts in the match.

In their last meeting, New York defeated Charleston in the Eastern Conference quarterfinals, 4-0, the Battery’s largest margin of a home defeat in the current USL era.

Charleston opened the season with a 1-0 loss to FC Cincinnati, but followed that up with a victory over Penn FC.

With 42 shots in two matches, NYRB II sit second in the league behind Fresno FC.

Following Saturday’s encounter, New York heads back out on the road for a meeting with the Richmond Kickers Saturday, April 7 at 5 p.m. ET.
