St. John’s University redshirt freshman Zsani Kajan is slated to make yet another international appearance for her native Hungary, earning the call-up for two Women’s World Cup qualifiers next month.

Kajan and Hungary will host Sweden in Szombathely April 5 before traveling to Zadar, Croatia, for a match with Croatia April 9.

She also suited up for the national team in its last qualifying match Nov. 24, earning the start and playing 76 minutes in a 1-0 loss to Ukraine.

The Budapest native has a long history with the Hungarian senior national team, earning her first cap as a 16- year-old in 2013. In that game, Kajan scored a goal. She has registered three assists during WWC qualifying.

After missing her freshman season in 2016 due to injury, Kajan had a solid debut campaign last fall, finishing tied for second on the team with two goals, one of which was a game-winner at Villanova.
