CARSON, Calif – Red Bulls midfielder Tyler Adams started and played the full 90 minutes in the U.S. men’s national team’s scoreless draw against Bosnia and Herzegovina at the Stubhub Center Sunday night.

Adams’ second senior team appearance capped off his first January camp with the squad from Jan. 11-27. The 18-year-old played midfielder the full 90 minutes in a midfield role, often getting forward to generate chances.

The Wappinger Falls, N.Y. native received his first call-up to the senior squad Nov. 7 and made his first career appearance against Portugal Nov. 14.

He enjoyed a memorable 2017, becoming a Red Bulls regular with 24 matches while performing for the U.S. at the Under-20 World Cup.

Adams will join the Red Bulls for preseason camp in Oldsmar, Fla. this week.
